Frank B. Arthur, Jr., known by those closest to him as "Benny" and "Papa", lived an exciting, fulfilling, purpose filled life. Born in Roanoke, Va June 22, 1950 to Frank Sr. and Sylvia (Roberts) Arthur.

Survived by siblings Tom Arthur and Angela Parker.

14 years into a 25 year United States Army career (CW3), he met the love of his life, Sharon (Gandy) Arthur, when God brought two families together to become one October 30, 1982. Sons George and Ken Arthur, joined Heather "Darcy", Robert, and Loree Clarke, and finally Chris and Abby Arthur and 14 grandchildren.

Frank and Sharon continued their life of God led adventure throughout Western Europe, across the United States, into Africa, and their beloved Hawaii.

After 17 years on the mission field in Uganda, Mozambique, Zimbabwe, Mali, Guinea, Botswana, and South Africa, God allowed him to continue his mission in Anderson, SC serving the homeless community.

Frank's final years were spent at home surrounded by family.
